Description

Oradea 2 Smart Specialization Park is an ambitious initiative of the Municipality of Oradea, aimed at boosting regional economic growth and innovation. Managed by the Oradea Local Development Agency (ADLO), the park focuses on attracting investments and supporting both local and international entrepreneurship.

The project is supported by €3.1 million in funding from the North-West Regional Programme 2021–2027, allocated for the development of modern infrastructure. Additionally, a pre-allocated budget of €5.81 million is available to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating within the park, providing substantial financial incentives for their growth.

The park is designed as an industrial and technological hub, spanning a total area of 195,123 m², located on Calea Sântandrei in Oradea, Bihor County. Of this area, 186,046 m² is available for concession, divided into 18 plots. The remaining land is designated for public infrastructure works, including roads, water and sewage networks, public lighting, and green zones for utility installation.
