The Tileagd Industrial Park is located in the Tileagd commune of Bihor county, 37 km from the Hungarian border, with direct access to the European Road E60. There are nine lots totaling 9.3 hectares, some of which are available.

The two procedures are applied to the following investment types:
- greenfield (land is offered free of charges with the possibility to connect to public utilities on the property limit of each land plot), land lease with the option to purchase it after achieving 15% of the proposed investment (for over1 million Euro investments), or after the investment was fully accomplished (for under 1 million Euro investments)
- there is a possibility for the Park Administrator to construct a warehouse in collaboration with a developer and to offer it for lease.
