West Park Oradea

ABOUT

The Bihor Science and Technology Park covers an area of 5,000 sqm and has been operational since 2024. It is managed by the Bihor County Council, in partnership with the University of Oradea and the Oradea Local Development Agency (ADLO). The Park is dedicated to research, innovation, prototyping and engineering activities, providing companies with access to state-of-the-art R&D infrastructure and equipment.

The Park offers 36 individual offices, CAD, CAM, 3D printing and Artificial Intelligence laboratories, as well as conference and event facilities. Available equipment includes an SLS 3D printer, a 5-axis CNC machine, coordinate measuring and reverse engineering systems, AI infrastructure, as well as facilities for mechanical, non-destructive and environmental testing.

Located just 500 metres from the University of Oradea and 1.5 km from the city centre, the Park provides convenient access to major transport infrastructure: 4 km from Oradea Airport, 16 km from the Borș border crossing with Hungary, and 24 km from the A3 motorway, which connects to Hungary's M4 motorway. Its proximity to the academic environment and companies active in sectors such as IT, automotive and manufacturing facilitates collaboration between research, education and business.
