Oradea Industrial Parks unfold on an area of 228 hectares, the land being owned by Oradea City Hall. It is strategically located in the administrative area of NW Romania in Oradea City, having a street front of 1.2 km on E60, with direct links to important trade routes.

Oradea Industrial Park I is the largest industrial park in Oradea and Bihor county, being spread over 130 hectares. The park was established in 2008 and is currently fully occupied by major companies such as Eberspacher, Emerson, Faist Mekatronic, Plexus, SHC, Astor Mueller, etc.

The park is located 4 km from the central area of ​​Oradea, 7 km from Vama Borș, respectively 70 km from the M3 highway in Hungary. Access is from Calea Borșului (E79), the park being located on the left side in the direction of walking from the city to the border.

  • Direct Negotiation - for over 5 million Euro investments
  • Public Tender - for under 5 million Euros investments

The two procedures are applied to the following investment types:

  • Greenfield (land is offered free of charges with the possibility to connect to public utilities on the property limit of each land plot), land lease with the option to purchase it after achieving 15% of the proposed investment (for over 5 million Euro investments), or after the investment was fully accomplished (for under 5 million Euro investments)
  • There is a possibility for the Park Administrator to construct a warehouse in collaboration with a developer and to offer it for lease.

 

Oradea Industrial Park I is a Greenfield Park, thus, the promoted offer is not based only on a reduced cost for the land but also a complete network of utilities.
