The Târgu Lăpuș Smart Specialization Park is an innovative project developed by the Maramureș County Council, aimed at promoting economic development and innovation in the region. Managed by Maramureș Business Park, this park focuses on attracting investments and supporting local and international entrepreneurship.
The project benefits from a funding of 2.5 million euros, provided through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, intended for developing the necessary modern infrastructure. Additionally, there is a pre-reserved budget of 10 million euros for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) resident in the park, providing significant financial support for their development.
The Târgu Lăpuș Smart Specialization Park is designed to foster the growth of small and medium-sized industrial capacities, offering units ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 square meters. Strategically located with easy access to County Road 171E, it ensures excellent connectivity for transportation and logistics of resident businesses.
