Description 

The Ștei Smart Specialization Park, established by the Bihor County Council, aims to create an ecosystem conducive to innovation and development. Managed by the Oradea Local Development Agency, the park supports local investors and attracts foreign investors, facilitating collaboration between residents and higher education and research institutions.

The project benefits from €2.2 million in infrastructure funding through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, with a pre-allocated budget of €4.3 million for resident SMEs.

The park is strategically located on DN75 in Bihor County, offering facilities for industrial development, including tax deductions and exemptions, equipped with modern utilities and easy access to major infrastructure.
