Description
The Aleșd Smart Specialization Park is established by the Bihor County Council, aiming to create a conducive environment for collaboration among companies, higher education institutions, research entities, local public authorities, and other stakeholders. The goal is to form an ecosystem that fosters innovation and development.
To this end, through the park's administrator, Oradea Local Development Agency (ADLO), the project seeks to support local investors, attract foreign investors, and facilitate collaboration between residents and higher education and research institutions.
The project is funded with 1.7 million euros for infrastructure development through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027. Additionally, resident SMEs have access to a pre-reserved budget of 3.7 million euros. The park is strategically located on DN1/E60 in Bihor County, offering industrial development facilities, including tax deductions and exemptions, modern utilities, and easy access to major infrastructure.
