Legally establishing their business can be tedious, but it's a crucial step start-ups can't afford to skip. To make the process as smooth as possible, we held a special practical workshop for our LevelUP Health & Life Sciences start-ups where they could get all their questions answered. The workshop took place on Thursday, June 22nd, online via Zoom, and was conducted by one of the experts involved in the program, Gabriela Csifo-Jorj. We couldn't have found a better person to host this workshop than Gabriela Csifo-Jorj, who has 18+ years of experience as a commercial law attorney and currently is Head of the Tech Transfer Office at Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca. During the two-hour session, the following topics were addressed: • Legal forms and determining the most suitable one for them. • Steps to follow for company establishment. • Steps to follow for opening a new branch or location. • Q&A session addressing their specific case.
