Level 1: Entrepreneur Mindset, the first level of the StartUP LevelUP entrepreneurial program organized by INNO, has come to an end after two intense weeks of introspection, discovery of the entrepreneurial mindset, and self-discovery. As promised by our trainer, Stefan Rusu, from the first day, the participants were forced to step out of their comfort zones, ask difficult questions and make decisions that would clarify whether entrepreneurship is the right path for them. The educational program StartUP LevelUP was born out of the needs identified in the North-West region of Romania and our desire to encourage the development of the entrepreneurial spirit at a regional level. We have designed the program to be open to anyone who's interested, with a variety of topics covered and fun activities that can help people develop, no matter where they're at in their journey. The program's practical and interactive approach was appreciated by the participants from the first session, who were forced to think about their mindset and were put on a mission of self-discovery. The Level 1 program covered the basics of entrepreneurship, with guest speakers Laviniu Chis and Florin M. Pop sharing their knowledge and experience. The program was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing online participation for those who cannot attend physically. The number of participants was limited to maintain a relaxed and friendly environment in which all participants could express themselves freely and contribute actively to activities. Level 1: Entrepreneur Mindset is just the beginning, an introductory level in the world of entrepreneurship designed to reveal the ambitions and motivation behind each participant's business. The first edition was a pilot, and the program's success is expected to encourage future participants to become entrepreneurs and stimulate regional economic growth.
