Budget
The total call budget is up to €5.2 million. Up to 8 projects will be funded. The maximum funding per project is €650,000. Funding covers up to 50% of total project costs, with co-funding required. SMEs leading projects receive between €400,000 and €500,000 within the grant.

Details
The call funds projects supporting the commercialisation and adoption of mature digital, data-driven and AI-powered healthcare solutions across European healthcare systems. Supported activities include: • Commercialisation pilots in real-world healthcare settings • Product usability testing and market adaptation • Go-to-market strategy and business model validation • Health economics analysis • Reimbursement pathway development • Generation of clinical, economic and commercial evidence for adoption
Eligibility
Consortia of at least two independent legal entities from different countries may apply. The consortium must include partners from at least two sides of the Knowledge Triangle: Industry, Research, Education. The project must be led by a Commercialising Entity, meaning an SME or industry player responsible for bringing the solution to market. Applicants must be legal entities; individuals cannot apply. Entities must be established in eligible Horizon Europe countries: EU Member States, associated countries or eligible third countries.
Additional information
Funded projects are expected to launch the innovation to the market and generate at least €10,000 in revenue within one year after the project. Solutions should reach at least 150,000 patients or citizens within three years. The call focuses on strong clinical, economic and commercial evidence, as well as scalable business and deployment models across European markets.
