Budget

The total available budget is €3,266,204.17. Each participating entity may receive 50% of its estimated costs as a lump sum. The requested contribution per entity must be between €20,000 and €200,000. The maximum contribution per application ranges from €184,000 to €460,000, depending on the consortium structure.

Details

EUDOROS Open Call #2 aims to improve cybersecurity preparedness among EU organisations and encourage the sharing of cyber threat information. Selected projects will include activities such as planning, security testing, risk analysis, threat monitoring, staff training and feedback to the EUDOROS Consortium. Relevant applications may use EUDOROS services such as cyber range training, risk analysis, threat monitoring, security testing and cyberthreat intelligence sharing.

Eligibility

The call is open only to EU-based and EU-controlled entities. Non-EU or non-EU controlled entities are not eligible. Only consortia may apply. Consortia must include at least one Cybersecurity Services Recipient and one Cybersecurity Services Provider. There are two streams: Priority Stream and General Stream, depending on the type of cybersecurity recipients included in the consortium.

Additional information

Applications must be submitted in English and must use the official templates. Proposals are evaluated by independent external evaluators based on Relevance, Impact and Implementation.
