Budget
The total indicative call budget is approximately €2,600,000. The maximum funding per project depends on the topic: • RISE1 and RISE2 - up to €300,000 per project • RISE3 - up to €180,000 per project, maximum €90,000 per edition • RISE4 - up to €140,000 per project • RISE5 - up to €70,000 per project

Details
The call aims to support the RIS strategy through high-quality education projects with broad reach, lasting impact and efficient recognition. Proposals may address one or more of the following topics: • RISE1 - Capacity-Building in Innovation and Entrepreneurship • RISE2 - Education and Training Activities in Urban Mobility • RISE3 - Organisation of Winter and Summer Schools • RISE4 - Scaling up of Local, Regional and National Initiatives • RISE5 - Network building with educational players Activities should contribute to improving transferable skills that support innovation and entrepreneurship in urban mobility in RIS countries.
Eligibility
The call is open to all types of legal entities established in EU Member States or in Third countries associated with Horizon Europe. Universities, research organisations, SMEs, startups, cities and other relevant entities may apply. Applicants may or may not be EIT Urban Mobility partners at the time of proposal submission. Both mono-participant and multi-participant proposals from one or more RIS countries are eligible. For multi-participant proposals, the consortium must include at least two independent legal entities from at least one RIS country. For mono-beneficiary proposals, the applicant must come from a RIS country.
Additional information
Applicants should have expertise and previous experience in developing and implementing capacity-building projects in urban mobility and/or innovation and entrepreneurship. For mono-participant proposals or consortia involving entities from one country only, applicants must explain how they will achieve the pan-European dimension of the project. Consortia are encouraged to integrate the knowledge triangle into their activities and explain how cities, academia and industry partners are involved in the project.
