Track 1 – Co-developers: funding of up to €100,000 per project, for 8 selected projects, duration 9 months. Track 2 – External Pilots: funding of up to €130,000 per project, for 5 selected pilots, duration 10 months. Total available funds: €800,000 (Track 1) + €650,000 (Track 2). The funding is awarded as a grant under the Horizon Europe Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) mechanism.

Details

Track 1 (Co-developers) is aimed at SMEs and startups developing new components or functionalities for the JARVIS ecosystem, with ROS2-compatible interfaces, in 4 pilot domains: aeronautics, automotive, nuclear power plant decommissioning, and offshore inspection. Projects must reach TRL 6 (functional prototype) and deliver documented validation results and a commercial exploitation plan. Track 2 (External Pilots) invites industrial or public organizations to propose new pilots using the JARVIS framework in real production environments. All selected entities receive technical mentorship, access to the JARVIS ecosystem, and visibility within the European network of partners and stakeholders.

Eligibility

Legal entities registered in the EU or Horizon Europe associated countries, including Romania Consortium led by an SME or startup registered for at least 1 year Research organizations (RTOs) can participate optionally, only if there is already an SME technology provider in the consortium The company must not be in liquidation or in financial difficulty Must not have been convicted of fraud, financial irregularities, or illegal practices Each entity can receive funding only once within the JARVIS framework
