The CORE 12.01 Open Call for researchers is part of the Responsive Innovation Fellowship Programme aimed at enhancing the entrepreneurial and innovation capacity of researchers in climate-tech and deep-tech within Europe. This programme provides participants with high-value services and access to extensive networks instead of direct funding, thereby supporting the development of innovative solutions in targeted areas. The programme seeks projects that involve research or technology related to climate-tech, the green transition, or digital innovation. Participants will develop commercialisation masterplans and engage in a structured fellowship, including training, mentoring, and pitching events.

Eligibility

The programme is open to individual researchers such as PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and senior researchers, as well as innovation-driven spin-offs, start-ups, or SMEs with a scientific or research-based background. Applicants must be based in a Horizon Europe eligible country and work on projects at Technology Readiness Levels 4-7. Active participation in training, mentoring, and networking activities is required. Topics: The focus is on climate-tech, the green transition, and digital innovation.
