Budget conditions / limitations: The maximum funding per project is 1,000,000 EUR, with a maximum of 600,000 EUR per organisation. Payments: Payments are structured in pre-financing, interim, and final payments, contingent upon meeting specific project milestones and deliverables.

The UNITE Open Call 1 for Joint Interregional Projects seeks to fund innovative digital health projects that foster collaboration across European regions. The call aims to enhance personalised and human-centric remote care and advance European Health Data Spaces. The UNITE’s borderless European digital health innovation ecosystem offers access to: Financial support up to €1 million per project Tailored matchmaking opportunities with compatible European organisations Curated events and networking activities Hands-on support to transform ideas into compelling cross-border project proposals Over 100 organisations from the private and public sectors, academia, and civil society, spanning all UNITE regions
Eligibility
Applicants must be legally established in and comply with the requirements of the following UNITE participating regions: Region Zealand, Denmark Northern Netherlands, Netherlands Central Macedonia, Greece Lombardy Region, Italy Extremadura Region, Spain Scotland, United Kingdom Romania (national scope) Consortium Requirements Each consortium must include minimum 3 organisations from 3 different UNITE regions: - At least 1 company or other close-to-market solution provider - At least 1 research entity supporting the company from any perspective - At least 1 end-user organization demonstrating the solution in real-life settings Each consortium must respect the regional balance and include: - At least 1 organisation from a strong innovation region (Zealand, Northern Netherlands, Scotland) - At least 1 organisation from a moderate or emerging region (Central Macedonia, Romania, Lombardy, Extremadura)
