Funding rate: 100% of the project costs Budget conditions / limitations: Each project may receive up to €72,000, distributed in lump sums at the end of each stage (25% after Design, 45% after Deployment, 30% after Evaluation). Payments: Payments are contingent on successful review of deliverables and are made preferably within 30 days after receiving the financial statement.
Key dates and deadline
- Application period: 3rd September 2025 to 5th November 2025 - Project stages commence from 2nd January 2026. These projects will be supported by mentors and will involve attending mandatory events to assess progress.

ResilMesh Open Call 2 invites applications for projects focused on enhancing cybersecurity resilience through innovative solutions. This open call seeks to select projects that can contribute to developing a cutting-edge security orchestration and analytics toolset aimed at improving real-time defence mechanisms within critical infrastructure domains. Projects should address one of two main challenges: ""Extension to new domains and systems"" or ""New Analytic Algorithms and Architectures"". These projects will focus on improving resilience engineering techniques and developing novel AI analytics architectures. The open call targets digital infrastructure domains such as digital identity infrastructure, civic regional infrastructure, and flexible manufacturing.
Eligibility
- Legal entities or consortia of legal entities, which can be either mid-caps, SMEs or research organisations (RTOs or academia). - In the case of consortium-type applications, the leading partner will be responsible for the technical developments, the other member will be an end user responsible to validate the technical developments. - All legal entities established and based in one of the EU Member or a Horizon Europe Associated country are eligible. - As Resilmesh was funded before 01/01/2024 UK entities are not eligible for funding.

The duration for each project is 9 months, divided into three 3-month stages: Design, Deployment, and Evaluation.
