Funding rate: 100% for eligible costs Budget conditions / limitations: - Fast-track projects: Up to 50 kEUR. - Complex projects: Up to 1 MEUR (Projects exceeding 300 kEUR require the infrastructure provider to join the OFFERR consortium via GA amendment). Payments: - 20% pre-financing upon contract signature and proof of project start. - Final payments based on the submission of technical and financial reports.

The EURATOM-funded OFFERR project invites proposals to foster international cooperation in nuclear research by providing financial support for access to key research infrastructures. Proposals must align with the Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform's strategic agenda and involve collaboration between research teams and host facilities. The OFFERR project offers two application types: fast-track projects for studies completed within six months, with funding up to €50,000, and complex projects for larger-scale studies lasting up to 18 months, with funding up to €1 million. Projects should align with one or more of the seven call areas: 1) Light Water Reactor (LWR) sustainability 2) Advanced fission reactor concepts (e.g., Small Modular Reactors, Gen-IV reactors) 3) Nuclear science applications (core nuclear physics, nuclear data) 4) Advanced nuclear fuels (accident-tolerant fuels, high burn-up) 5) Innovation in nuclear instrumentation (advanced sensors, control systems) 6) Radioprotection and nuclear medicine Projects duration: - Fast-track projects: Up to 6 months. - Complex projects: Up to 18 months. - All projects must start within 12 months of approval and finish by June 2026.

Eligibility
- At least one partner must be from an EU member state or an associated country. Non-EU partners are not eligible for funding and must secure their own financing. - Users and infrastructure providers must sign an Engagement Document confirming availability and costs. - Proposals must contribute to European leadership in civil nuclear fission research. - All projects must be for peaceful purposes (no military use). - The European User Facility Network (EUFN) catalogue should be consulted for infrastructure selection.
