The dAIEDGE 3rd Open Call for Collaborative Projects is designed to distribute up to €600,000 among up to 10 proposals that address specific Industrial Challenges outlined by the dAIEDGE Consortium. The call supports the development of research and technology in edge AI, with an emphasis on standardisation, open-source contributions, and infrastructure development. TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED: Research and development activities to address Industrial Challenges, with optional use of dAIEDGE Virtual Lab resources or previous project developments. SPECIFIC TOPICS OR CHALLENGES: Projects must address one of the specified Industrial Challenges, such as energy efficiency in federated learning, on-device training for edge devices, or development of AI algorithms for edge deployment.

Eligibility

Open to legal entities applying individually or as a consortium of up to two entities. Eligible entities include RTOs, academia, and SMEs from EU Member States, Overseas Countries and Territories, or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.
