Details

Modules/courses: Up to 4 weeks in length (15–20 hours of study) Projects will be collaboratively developed with EIT Health’s Digital Learning Team (instructional design, storyboarding, blueprinting) and hosted on EP PerMed’s platform via EIT Health Target audiences: General practitioners, specialists, nurses; content may include case studies, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and improve patient-HCP communication The education modules focus on the following topics: - Introduction to Personalised Medicine (PM) - Communication Skills in PM - Molecular Diagnostics in PM - PM Applications in Oncology / Haematology - PM Applications in Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) - Interdisciplinary Collaborations for the Integration of PM Duration: Maximum of 12 months from award notification; no extensions allowed Ineligible costs: Learning management system and marketing/promotion costs (these are provided by EP PerMed)

Eligibility

Consortium must include at least two independent eligible organizations from at least two different EU or Horizon Europe-associated countries Maximum of five consortium members Must include at least one non-academic organization At least one partner with validated experience in adult/lifelong learning and at least one in implementation of personalised medicine Consortium must be complete at the time of submission Additional eligibility: Consortium members must be legal entities in the EU or Horizon Europe-associated countries; applications must be in English; individuals are not eligible; EP PerMed consortium members cannot apply

- Submission in English and before the Deadline - Applications need to be submitted as part of a consortium - Each application must cover one module only. - Registered in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe-associated country
