Within the park, the following utilities will be offered:

• Gas supply system – Guaranteed delivery flow of gas of 200 mc/h/plot in low pressure at the connection point (on surface as per the ANRE regulations); 0,7 bar in normal conditions of atmospheric pressure and temperature (15ºC and 1,01325 bar abs atm p) 
• Water supply system – approximated minimal flow of 1,5 mc/h/plot at a mean pressure of 4 bar
  
• Sewage water collecting system – final inner spilling pipe of a Ø 200 mm: Utility into a manhole, linked to the main collecting evacuation piping network with an approximated flow capacity of 4,5 mc/h/plot 
• Rain water collecting system – final inner spilling pipe linked to the main telescopic piping network from Ø 400 mm up to Ø 1000 mm. Utility into a manhole. Full rain water of the park
  is cleaned of contaminants before being spilled in the Somes river by means of suitable separators with a maximum spilling flow capacity of 8.230 mc/h
• Electrical supply system – Medium voltage AC current available in each plot; 2x10 (20) kV -360 A/phase; buried wire utility; for a minimum mean value of 0,125 kW/mp/built-in plant (installed power) and mean simultaneous absorbed power of 0,04 kWh/mp/ built-in plant
• Telecommunication system  – underground network piping by means of Ø 110 mm pipes into a manhole, now been equipped with a last generation system of wiring and distribution hardware
