Certain topics deserve to be explored in depth, which is why we organize targeted workshops and open sessions on various subjects, from funding to technology transfer.

There is a set of common objectives at the regional level that we aim to achieve together with ecosystem partners, through meetings, roundtables, working sessions, and networking events.
LevelUP Health & Life Sciences Accelerator is an intensive program specially designed to accelerate young startups (under 5 years) in the life sciences fields. Within the accelerator, teams receive support from experts on topics such as:
- Solution Development and Validation: Help in refining the idea and transforming it into a scalable solution.
- Discovering and Understanding Customers: Identifying the target market, understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Attracting Funding: Access to funding sources for innovative startups.
- Obtaining Accreditations: Support in meeting legal requirements and market regulations.
- Pitch Support: Preparing teams to present their business to investors.
The program is completely free, and founders are not required to give up any shares or equity to participate.

GreenLeap is an incubation and acceleration program aimed at startups in the green/clean tech sector. From idea to market access, developing existing startups, and accessing investors, the program is developed together with regional ecosystem partners.
Cohorts passing through the program in 2025 will have the opportunity to present their ideas to investors from partner countries as part of the IN4SFS project.
GreenLeap aligns its activities with the major objectives of the Green Deal:
- Carbon Emission Reduction and achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
- Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency – technologies for renewable energy, smart solutions for reducing energy consumption.

Bootcamp LevelUP x iScale
LevelUP x iScale was an intensive 3-day bootcamp held from September 6th to 8th, 2023, in Cluj-Napoca. It was part of the LevelUP Health & Life Sciences Accelerator program, the first accelerator dedicated to health and life sciences startups in Romania, funded by EIT Health and ADR Nord-Vest. Although it was primarily aimed at LevelUP participants, the bootcamp was open to all startups, regardless of their field.

Workshop - Protecting and Leveraging Intellectual Property
This workshop was led by Ana Maria Andronic, a lawyer specializing in intellectual property law and the Head of the Intellectual Property Department at the international law firm DLA Piper Romania. Ana Maria Andronic has 20 years of practice experience in Romania and New York (USA).

Workshop - From Idea to Business in 15 Concrete Steps with Market Readiness Level
The workshop was led by Laviniu Chiș, consultant, facilitator, investor, and former coordinator of the INNO department. Laviniu Chiș has over 15 years of experience in business management consultancy, 10 years as a Lean Startup methodology facilitator, and 7 years of experience in consultancy for accessing non-reimbursable funding.
