Description

The Giulești Smart Specialization Park, located in the eastern part of Baia Mare municipality, is an initiative of the Maramureș County Council, managed by Maramureș Business Park. Its main objective is to attract investment and support the region’s economic and innovation-driven development.

The project is financed with €2 million through the North-West Regional Programme 2021–2027, allocated for infrastructure development, and benefits from a pre-reserved budget of €4 million aimed at resident SMEs.

The park provides a modern and efficient environment for business growth, offering fiscal incentives and high-quality infrastructure. Strategically located next to DJ 109F,e it ensures road access between Ocna Șugatag (3 km south) and Sighetu Marmației (14 km north).
