Hereclean Smart Specialisation Park is an innovative project initiated by the Sălaj County Council, managed by SC Silvania Park SRL. It aims to foster economic development and innovation by attracting investments and supporting both local and international entrepreneurship.
The project benefits from a €3.5 million grant through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 for modern infrastructure development, while a pre-allocated budget of €5.6 million is available for resident SMEs.
The park covers a total area of 127,600 m², of which 98,600 m² are available for lease, while the remaining space includes administrative infrastructure, roads, parking areas, green zones, and cycle paths. It is accessible via DJ 110G, and its strategic location near Zalău, coupled with connectivity to utility networks and transport routes, makes Hereclean an attractive destination for investors.
