
Description
Oradea Smart Specialization Park is an innovative project developed by Oradea municipality, aimed at promoting economic development and innovation in the region. Managed by the Oradea Local Development Agency (ADLO), this park focuses on attracting investments and supporting both local and international entrepreneurship.
The project benefits from €1.9 million in funding through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, allocated for the development of the necessary modern infrastructure. Additionally, a pre-reserved budget of €3.7 million is available for resident small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing significant financial support for their growth.
The Oradea Smart Specialization Park is designed as an industrial and technological hub, covering an area of 186,046 m², located on Calea Sântandrei in Oradea, Bihor County. The area designated for concession is 166,526 m², structured into 16 plots. The remaining land is allocated for public infrastructure works, including roads, water and sewage networks, public lighting, and green spaces for utility installations.
