Seini Smart Specialization Park

Description

Seini Smart Specialization Park is an innovative project developed by Seini municipality, aimed at promoting economic development and innovation in the region. Managed by SC Centrul de Afaceri RO-UA SRL, this park focuses on attracting investments and supporting local and international entrepreneurship.

The project benefits from €2.30 million in funding, provided through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, dedicated to developing the necessary modern infrastructure. Additionally, a pre-reserved budget of €8 million is available for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing significant financial support for their growth.

The Seini Smart Specialization Park is located in the central-southeastern part of Seini city, Maramureș County, with access from Cuza Vodă Street. It is within the urban area, in a zone designated for industrial and storage activities.

Currently, the land is free of construction, except for an industrial enclave in the northern corner, which includes a concrete station and an auto service. It is bordered by green spaces and planted alignment areas, with residential areas, a SMURD center, and a health protection zone near zootechnical farms.
