
Description
Salonta Smart Specialization Park is an innovative project developed by Salonta municipality, aimed at promoting economic development and innovation in the region. Managed by S.C. Development and Management of Salonta Patrimony S.R.L., the park focuses on attracting investments and supporting local and international entrepreneurship.
The project benefits from €1.7 million in funding through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, dedicated to developing the necessary modern infrastructure. Additionally, a pre-reserved budget of €12.5 million is available for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing significant financial support for their growth.
The smart specialization park in Salonta is intended for small and medium industrial capacities, with buildings ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,500 m², and will prohibit polluting or high-risk technological activities.
Strategically located in Bihor County, the park offers modern infrastructure and essential facilities for business development, with easy access to the Oradea-Arad expressway and national transport networks.

The company's main activity is property management based on commission or contract; however, its role goes beyond the simple management of infrastructure, having a strategic mission of economic and social development.
The park's administrator acts as an effective tool for local development, benefiting from the support of the supervisory authority to implement initiatives that contribute to economic growth and investment attraction.
