Description
Beclean Smart Specialization Park is an innovative project developed by Beclean municipality, aimed at promoting economic development and innovation in the region. Managed by the The Administration Company of the Smart Specialization Park Beclean, in accordance with H.C.L 102/10.08.2023, the park focuses on attracting investments and supporting both local and international entrepreneurship.
The project benefits from €1.95 million in funding through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027, allocated for the development of modern infrastructure. Additionally, a pre-reserved budget of €7.5 million is available for resident small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing significant financial support for their growth.
Beclean Smart Specialization Park offers a modern and well-structured environment for business development, with adaptable infrastructure and excellent accessibility. Spanning 47,359 m², the park will be divided into five lots, ranging in size from 3,124 m² to 6,043.05 m², ensuring an optimal setting for business expansion.

The Administration Company of the Beclean Smart Specialization Park was established by Local Council Decision No. 102/10.08.2023, having the status of a legal entity. It will be responsible for the implementation and management of the park, benefiting from a team of professionals with relevant experience in the field. The team includes a Project Manager, a Technical/Legal Expert, a Financial Officer, and a Construction Supervisor, all possessing the necessary skills to ensure the successful completion and operation of the park. The park’s development plan emphasizes a commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency, and responsible financing.
